This blend consists of 100% Pure Essential Oils – Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Peppermint (Mentha Piperita), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia).

This synergy blend is known to help with motion sickness, bloating, gas and nausea. It will help with relaxation and calm your nerves.

Peppermint, Romans were well aware of it’s detoxifying properties and wore crowns of the herb at feasts. Aromatherapy Properties :  Acne, dermatitis, ringworm, scabies, toothache.
Neuralgia, muscular pain, palpitations. Asthma, bronchitis, halitosis, sinusitis, spasmodic cough. Colic, cramp, dyspepsia, flatulence, nausea, and travel sickness.
Colds, flu, fever. Fainting, headache, mental fatigue, migraine, nervous stress, vertigo.

Ginger – is used for arthritis, catarrh, chills, colds, colic,congestion, coughs, cramp, diarrhoea, fatigue, fever, flatulence, flu, fractures, indigestion, loss of appetite, muscular aches and pains, nausea, nervous exhaustion, poor circulation.

Lavender is the most universal of all essential oils. It can help with migraines, headaches, anxiety, depression, nervous tension and emotional stress and stress related conditions, pmt, sciatica, shock, vertigo. Aches and pains including sore muscles, tense muscles, muscular aches, rheumatism, sprains, backache and lumbago.
Respiratory problems including throat infections, flu, cough, cold, catarrh, halitosis, asthma, sinus congestion, bronchitis, whooping cough, laryngitis, and tonsillitis.

For use in an oil burner, hot water inhalation and few drops on a tissue.
