Uses:

Add 2-3 drops to carrier oil, cream or lotion. (Always read data-sheets for accurate instructions)

Add 2-3 drops bowl of hot water and inhale.

Add 2-3 drops to a tissue and inhale or place the tissue in your pillowcase.

Add 2-3 drops to your bath.

Add 2-3 drops to a room burner.
